3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You must not attempt to circumvent any security or access controls implemented in the Service.
4. Wallet Connection & Payments
By connecting your Web3 wallet, you authorize Quantum Audit to interact with your wallet address solely for authentication and payment processing purposes. All on-chain transactions are irreversible. Quantum Audit is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error.
5. Intellectual Property
All audit reports, AI-generated analyses, and platform content are the intellectual property of Quantum Audit. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports generated for you solely for your own internal security review purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quantum Audit makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any audit or analysis. Audit results are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee against exploits or losses. 4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Telegram (messaging platform), Reown/WalletConnect (wallet connection infrastructure), xAI/Grok (AI analysis engine), and Etherscan (blockchain data). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
Audit reports are stored for up to 12 months to enable re-access. Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by financial compliance standards. You may request deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
